First off I want to say that I am bewildered and honored that I got this chance to display my little art collection in this infamous hall of fame; containing the most talented people here at EFX2.

When I first came here I knew absolutley nothing about graphics, or codes. I spent the first about 4 months designing, and designing and teaching myself what I could. I had help from the sweet Sharon B as well. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be here. So thank you Sharon. <3

A few months ago I got the program Adobe Photoshop. That was like a blind woman walking into a bar. I had no clue about anything all over again. I studied and collaborated, and did so many things in there, that it became second nature to bust out skins in the drop of a hat. I found it a great release for my creative side. I was creating again and I loved it. I have been drawing doodles and such as far back as I remember, and today's technology has really helped me along alot.

I have made so many skins for different people around here at EFX2 and I just honestly love it. I love to help someone who can't get what they want by themselves. Because I was on that position once, and I didn't like it. At times I even get bombarded with requests for skins, but I take that in stride, and view it as a challenge. It really helps me to see from someone else's point of art rather then my own. It helps me grow as a skinner every time I do one for someone.

Here is a small look at my new skin collection: all can be found in your Control Panel...

(Click the name to preview the design.)

Original Skins that I have used:

Truth
Blue Space
Bubbleliscious

Those skins are best viewable with 1024x768 Screen resolution

Some private skins are not featured there, but the people who have them know who they are, and gave credentials which is very much appreciated.

After getting somewhat restless with constant skinning, I decided I would try my hand at something else. I wanted someway to express myself thru something that was not a skin, something that could not be shared in that intimate way; but something that people can think about, that can leave my blog, wondering what it was they just saw. I have always had an interest in abstract art. The feel of it, the emotion involved, the story of color's and shapes combined really touched me.

I have only made three simple one's so far, but my designs are neverending. I am always striving to express myself in ways that can touch others. Here is my collection of three abstract type pieces.

BLUE SPIRIT

SPLAT THAT TREE

URBAN TOTEM

Doing one of these is a process for me, it is not only alot of techinical processing, it is an emotional trip for me too. Every piece tells a story of what I felt at the time. I dont ever remember the exact way I got to the finished product, so I can't really explain how I do it, I just use different techniques and such to get the look I want.

Since my first original show, I have made several more pieces, I want to share here as well. Everyone is a work in progress, I am working so much more now on my pieces. :)

This is the beginning of my "Simple" series:

Serenity

Sunshine

DIVA FEVER

I absolutely love this quote so I just had to make a piece of course! :)

PABLO SCRAP

WALLPAPER BREAKER[/B]

FRACTAL BLUE

BLUE MOON

That is about it so far, I am going to continue building my portfolio and hope it takes me somewhere someday. Well I hope you enjoyed my show, and I want to give some more thanks to Jeeps for letting me be apart of this awesome blog, and to Sharon again for helping me get here at EFX2, and to all the rest of my peeps, for always encouraging me, and praising what I might think doesn't deserve it.

You can continue to watch my art grow by visiting me at my design blog here:
